SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom) We offer secure, tracked shipping for all orders within the UK.

  • Standard Delivery: £5 (2-3 business days)

  • Express Delivery: £10 (Next business day via Royal Mail Special Delivery)

Please note: Due to the high value of our items, all parcels require a signature upon delivery. We will not authorize couriers to leave packages in a "safe place" or on a doorstep.

International Shipping We ship worldwide to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Europe: £30 (3-7 business days)

  • Rest of World: £40 (5-10 business days)

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders) Avantelle is a UK-based company. If you are ordering from outside the UK (including the EU), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

  • Avantelle is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees, the cost of return shipping and any administrative fees will be deducted from your refund.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@avantelle.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

  • Lost Packages: All our shipments are fully insured. If your package is lost by the carrier, we will open an investigation with them. Refunds for lost packages are processed only after the carrier concludes their investigation and deems the parcel lost.
